From Sketch to Finished Bespoke Lantern
Four gates, one owner per job. The same bench that sketches your fixture solders it — a routine our twenty-strong Zhongshan brass workshop team runs on every commission, from single sconces to hotel lots.
01Sketch
We draw to your dimensions and lock mounts, lamping, and glass before cutting brass. You sign the sketch — that sheet runs the whole job.
02Soldering
Each joint is hand-soldered at the bench, then filed flush for a seamless seam. One craftsman owns each fixture end to end.
03Assembly
Glass is fitted, frames are squared, and every unit is wired to spec. Nothing leaves the bench unlit.
04QC
Each fixture is lit, tested, and inspected against the build sheet before packing. The sheet ships in the crate for your records.

Shop sketch signs off every critical size before production. What we draw is what we solder — frames arrive square and hang straight on your mounts.
Finish Samples First
We mail solid brass finish chips for sign-off before the full run. Patina and polish are matched to the sample, not to a screen photo.
Site-Ready Mounting
Backplates and arms ship fitted to your wall and wiring plan. The crew unboxes, hangs, and connects — no field rework.
Three Steps To Your Fixture
Step one: send dimensions, quantities, and a photo of the mounting location. Step two: approve the shop sketch, finish sample, and fixed price. Step three: we cut brass and ship tested fixtures to site.

Bespoke FAQ
Dimensions, quantities, and one photo of the mounting spot. A rough sketch helps but is not required — most jobs start from a photo plus two or three numbers.
Yes. One broken corridor sconce gets the same build sheet as a hotel lot, so the replacement matches the surviving fixtures instead of almost matching them.
